A notary’s duty is to screen signers of important documents for their identity, willingness to sign without duress, and awareness of the contents of the document.
While I offer the following, I specialize in Notary for Loan Signings
- Taking an acknowledgment
- Administering an oath or affirmation
- Taking a verification on oath or affirmation, also known as an affidavit
- Witnessing or attesting a signature
- Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition
- Noting a protest
